**Objects:** (1) TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF MIDDLETON PARK AND MIDDLETON WOODS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN CO-OPERATION WITH ITS MANAGEMENT AND STAFF(2) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MIDDLETON AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS BY ASSOCIATING  THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO PROVIDE  OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS

**Activities:** Running events and activities in Middleton Park to encourage more people to use this fabulous greenspace in the heart of south LeedsWorking parties in the park and woodlandWorking in partnership with Wade's Charity (who own the park) and Leeds City Council (who maintain it)
