**Objects:** 1) TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF AFRICAN PEOPLE WHETHER LIVING IN THE UK OR ABROAD AND IN PARTICULAR WOMEN AND CHILDREN, REFUGEES, ASYLUM SEEKERS AND MIGRANTS BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS; AND2) TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE THAT WILL DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF PERSONS IN LONDON OF BENEFIT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. **Activities:** Support Group Seminars; One to One sessions  referrals from GPs and Domestic Violence organisations,  Drop-In service; Outreach services to individuals and organisations, Volunteering Opportunities; Sexual Health and  HIV Research; Mental Well Being Research; Domestic Violence Services and Support. Organising Cultural Activities; Networking and developing  partnerships.
