**Activities:** To advance the education of the General Public ,in particular, of people with learning disabilities, in Arts and Crafts.To provide a Community Centre for the use of the inhabitants of Oldswinford, Stourbridge,including the use of the property for meetings, lectures and classes or other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation.
