**Objects:** IN OXFORDSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS,(1)  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF CHINESE ETHNIC ORIGIN IN THE CHINESE LANGUAGE, ARTS AND TRADITIONS;(2)  TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND LEISURE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CULTURAL AWARENESS AND THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE CHINESE COMMUNITY; AND(3)  TO PROMOTE RACIAL HARMONY AND UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE OF CHINESE ORIGIN AND OTHER COMMUNITIES.

**Activities:** The aim of the charity is to provide the public who's Chinese is not their first language but interested in gaining the language skill. It is a plat form to wider their opportunities in life. It also aims to provide opportunities for people to get to know Chinese culture, custom, arts and leisure activities, so that promoting a greater understanding between Chinese and British people.
