Unfortunately (for<br>us) the lady who designed the other courses is<br>on maternity leave. She was able to do some<br>branding, just before she went on leave, so<br>that it is packaged the same as the other<br>courses but the design will have to wait until<br>she returns to work. This will also be offered as<br>CPD.<br>The website has had a big update and has a<br>new address www.abundantlife.org.uk.<br>COACH MENTORING:<br>Lichfield Diocese - Commissioning took place<br>on  3rd February which +Michael attended.<br>Conversations with Southwark diocese and<br>National C of E.<br>WRITING:<br>YFC’s My Life programme – 8 of 12<br>programmes rewritten, 4 more rewritten by<br>the end of February and 2 new courses by end<br>April.<br>Youth Fuelled Mission – Written and awaiting<br>feedback from Editorial group.<br>**APRIL 2021– AUGUST 2021**<br>ABUNDANT LIFE:<br>We now have 32 Franchises, 181 individual<br>licenses and 116 licensed facilitators.<br>COACH MENTORING<br>The new Coach Mentoring Programme is now<br>finished. It is likely that this will be delivered<br>mostly via zoom in the future and so it has<br>been written with that in mind. It includes|





some physical elements, which seem to go down well, especially when those elements are edible! Southwark Diocese – The programme has been delivered to 2 cohorts (4 participants in one and 5 in the other) this term on  zoom. WRITING: Urban Saints – 1st half term – 6 training blogs on “Identity” and 2nd half term - 5 articles on “Young People and Culture.” Identity blogs have been published and Young People and Culture articles will be released soon.

## **2.2 INCOME** 

_This standard list of accounting policies has been applied by the charity except for those ticked "No" or "N/a".  Where a different or additional policy has been adopted then this is detailed in the box below._

Donated goods for resale are measured at fair value on initial recognition, which is the expected proceeds from sale less the expected costs of sale, and recognised in 'Income from other trading activities' with the corresponding stock recognised in the balance sheet.  On its sale the value of stock is charged against 'Income from other trading activities' and the proceeds from  sale are also recognised as 'Income from other trading activities'. 

Goods donated for on-going use by the charity are recognised as tangible fixed assets and included in the SoFA as incoming resources when receivable. Gifts in kind for use by the charity are included in the SoFA as income from donations when receivable. 

Donated services and facilities are included in the **Donated** SOFA when received at the value of the gift to the **services and** charity provided the value of the gift can be **facilities** measured reliably. Donated services and facilities that are consumed immediately are recognised as income with an equivalent amount recognised as an expense under the appropriate heading in the SOFA. The charity has incurred expenditure on support **Support costs** costs. Support costs include central functions and have been allocated to activity cost categories on a basis consistent with the use of resources, eg allocating property costs by floor areas, or per capita, staff costs by the time spent and other costs by their usage.
