The trustees<br>seek the views of members, the clubs and youth workers and volunteers<br>in deciding what activities shall be run.<br>The project is accessable to young peopleaged between 8 & 18, 18 to 25<br>for structured sessions, socially isolated over 50s and local residents<br>residing in the Deerness Valley locality.|||

|Summary of the main achievements of the<br>charity during the year|We recieved funding from The Ballinger Trust which allowed us to carry<br>on youth provision which were aimed at mental health and health<br>relationships. We piloted a bespoke art therapy group which was also well<br>attended. Working alongside other agencies we were able to utilies our<br>buidings space and invite residents to Wellbeing Groups.<br>The project was successful in obtaing several grants to carry on the<br>clubs sessions we run. We recieved funding from our local AAP which<br>helped<br>run the baby & toddler group which is targeted to young mums, this<br>year we over subscribed so are continuing to seek funding to expand.<br>We continued our work with over 50s targeting the socially isolated and<br>vulnerable alongside these clubs we had several outings to the seaside<br>and we have also provided food suplies to anyone in need , these<br>numbers have grown due to Cost of Living Crisis.<br>We successfully obtained a grant from National Lottery which enabled<br>the project to support all age groups who had /were impacted by the<br>Cost Of Living Crisis , these funds were instrumental in providing<br>support to the most in need in the local area.||

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2024. 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable  Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention  in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect,:
