**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY TO(A)  UK SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS ATTENDING THOSE ESTABLISHMENTS, AND(B)  CHARITIES, TO ASSIST IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE CHARITABLE OBJECTS OF SUCH CHARITIES.

**Activities:** Innovative technology for charities: Aimar provides new IT and standard MS software, for small charities, installs it, commissions it and trouble-shoots for up to 6 months, to ensure success.Aimar has helped a number of charities, including Canine Partners, Crisis at Christmas, the Shannon Trust, St Mungo's and the SS Robin.
