**Objects:** 1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR THOSE DISADVANTAGED AS A RESULT OF HIV/AIDS, ATTENDING SCHOOLS IN ZIMBABWE SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) BY THE PROVISION OF MATERIAL OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES BY THE TRUSTEES BY THE PROVISION BURSARIES TO SELECTED STUDENTS.2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF CLOTHING AND OTHER ESSENTIALS TO THOSE IN NEED.
