Princlpal activitles
The principal activity of the company continued to be that of a charity to establish and run a pre-school of a high
standard to enhance the education and developmenl of y(MJng children and to make the pre-school accessible to
children and families In the local communlty. This service is wovided wtthln an exlsting infant school slte. The
pre-school is open Monday to Friday 8am for Breakfast Club and then gam to 3.15pm.
The pre-school follows the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, promoting the five outcomes of A Unique Child,
Positlve Relationships, Enabling Envlronments and Learning Development.

Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not requlred the company to obtain an audit of its financlal statements for the year ended 31
August 2024 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006
The dlrector acknowledges his responsibilities for:
a) ensuring that the company keeps proper accounting records whlch comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the
Companles Act 2006 and
b) preparing financlal statements whlch glve a true and falr vlew of the state of affalrs of the company as at the end of
each financial year and of Its profit or loss for each financlal year in accordance wlth the requiremants of Sectlon
