River Niger Arts activities are the teaching and publishing of research in all aspects of popular culture throughout the United Kingdom but not so as to limit the generality of foregoing the area of the North West of England The Wirral to West Africa project - funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund - recently completed has been signed off by HLF. All accounts reside with them for inspection
