(Limited by Guarantee) North Somerset Financial Review The Financial statements show a profit of £17.000 for year ending March 31st 2024. compared to a deficit of £21,260 for the year ending March 31 st 2023. Further details of the financial position of the Charity are given in the Trustees report. The Trustees are satisfied of the followin A. Having reviewed the three strategic year review for 2023 - 2026. there will be funding in place to ensure the financial viability of the Charity over that time span. B. The cash buffer held by the Charity would be sufficient to cover liabilities in the event of cessation of the Charity. C. All funds received a￿ spent on the charitable objectives of Home-stsrt North Somerset as this is prerequisite of grant donors. D. Micro-Entity Accounts for Home-start North Sornerset Ltd as exempted by Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 will be submitted for this period to Companies House by the relevant date. Respon8ibllltlo8 and basis of report As the charity truslees, who are also directors for Ihe purposes of company law. are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 20C61'2006 Act.). Having satisfied mysew that the accounts of the Company are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of your charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act.). In carrying out my examination I have followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5){b> of the A¢t. Independènt examiner8 8tatement I have completed my examination. I confirm Ihat no matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect: Accounting Tecords were not kept in respect of the Company as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act.. or 2.
