The Objective of the Trust is to provide monies towards local charities,sports activities and general worthy causes. ( Local being defined as Rochdale and surrounding Borough )

Objects: 3.1 The Trustees Shall Hold The Capital And Income Of The Trust Fund Upon Trust To Applythe Income, And All Or Such Part Or Parts Of The Capital, At Such Time Or Times And Insuch Manner To, Or For The Benefit Of, Such Exclusively Charitable Objects Andpurposes In Any Part Of The World As The Trustees May In Their Discretion Think Fit.3.2 The Trustees May In Their Discretion, For The Period Of 21 Years From The Date Of Thisdeed, Instead Of Applying The Income Of The Charity In Any Year, Accumulate All Or Anypart Of Such Income At Compound Interest By Investing The Same, And The Resultingincome, In Any Authorised Investments And Hold The Same As An Accretion To And Aspart Of The Capital Of The Charity, Without Prejudice To Their Right To Apply The Whole Orany Part Of Such Accumulated Income In Any Subsequent Year As If The Same Wereincome Of The Charity Arising In The Then Current Year.
