FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024
The trustees. vtho are also diredors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006,
present their report with the unaudited financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 December 2024.
The financial statements have been prepa￿d in accordance with the accounting policies set out in note 1 to the
financial slalements and comply with the 's goveming document, the Companies Act 2006, FRS 102 'The Financial
Reporting Slandard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Charities SORP 'Accounling and
Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charitie5 preparing thèir accounls in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and RepubliG of Ireland (FRS 102)"
Objectives and activlties
The Charity's object and its principal activity Is for the advancement ol the Christlan rellgion in the United Kingdom
and overseas, and lo relieve persons in conditions of poverty, sickness and distress. The Charity operates as a
church in the Walford area and currently has approximately 100 members who altend regular services The Church
also welcomes up to 20 visitors on a regular basis who are able lo donate lo the charity. It 15 hope that these visitors
wlll become members. The Charity raises money through regular lilhes from members, and by offerings from
members and visitors. Some of the funds are used to assist members of the church who may be in financial
hardship, and donations are made lo other small charities as deteTmined by the Trustees, The Charity also supports
overseas missions, orphanages and schools primarily in Jamaica and Venezuela. The Charity is organised so that
the trustees meet regularly lo manage Its affalrs.
Public beneflt
As a small charity, below the ChaFlties Act's audil threshold, Ihe report focuses on the main aGtpiities undertaken by
the charity to further ils charitable purposes for the public benefit. The 'Objectives and Activities. section of the
report provide a brief summary of aclivitles undertaken together with a confirmation that the trustees have had
regard to the charities commission guidance on public benefit. in particular the guidance on charilies for the
advancement of religion, when planning their activities. Further more detailed information about the activities and
their Suc￿sS is provided in the 'Achievements and Performance, section of the report.

The ITuslees consider that the performances of the Charity in the year to date is on an improving trend, compared to
the previous year, and it is envisaged that the performance will continue lo improve year on year, demonstrated by
an increase in our bank cash balances.

Investment pollcy and objectlves
Under the memorandum and articles of association, the Charty has the power lo make any investment which the
trustees sees fit. No decisions have been made as yet. However, the Charity has saved a considerable sum to go
towards Ihe purchase of a building of their own.
Plans for future perfods
The charity aims to purchase their own church building.
Structure, governance and management
Governlng document
The charity is controlled by its governing document, a deed of trust, and Constitutes a Ilmited company, limlled by
guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper a¢counling records that disclose with reasonable accuracy al any
time the financial position of the charity and to enable them lo ensure that the financial statemenls comply with the
Companies Act 2006. The Trustees are also responsible lor safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence taking
reasonable Steps for the prevention and deleclion of fraud and other irregularitie5.

Having satisfied myself that the financial statements of the are not required lo be audited under Part 16 of the
Companies Act 2006 and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the 's
financial slalements carried out under section 145 of the Charities Act 2011. In carrying out my examination I have
followed the Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145{5)Ib) of the Charities Act 2011.

MiraGle Christian Centre International Ltd is a private company limited by guarantee incorporated in England
and Wales. The registered office is Unit 2 Capital Business Park, Manor Way. Borehamwood. Hertfordshire,
WD6 1GW. UK.
1.1 Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by Charilie5:
Slatemenl of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) leffeclive l January
2015> - (Charities SORP (FRS 102)), the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of
Ireland (FRS 102) and Ihe CompaniesAct 2006.
1.2 Charitable funds
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives al the discretion of the trustees.
Reslricled lunds can only be used for particular reslricled purposes within Ihe objecls of Ihe charity.
Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restncted purposes.
Further explanation of the nature and purpose of each fund is included in the notes to the financial
statements
Restricted funds are subject to specific conditions by donors or grantors as lo how they may be used. The
purposes and uses ol the restricted funds are set out in the notes to Ihe financial statemenls.
Endowment funds are subject to specific conditions by donors that the capital musl be maintained by the .
1.3 Income
All income is recognised in the Slalemenl of Financial Activities once the charity has enlillemenl to the funds,
il Is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.
1.4 Expendltur•
Liabilities are recognised as expendllure as soon as there Is a legal or constwctlve obligation committing the
charity to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and
the amount ol the obligation can be measured reliably, Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and
has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category.
Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a
basis consistent with the use of resources.
1.5 Tanglble flxed assets
Tangible fixed assets are initially measured at cost and subsequently measured at cost or valuation, net of
depreciation and any impairment losses.
Depreciation is recognised so as Io Write off the cost or valuation of assets less their residual values over thelr
useful lives on the following bases..
