ORGANISATION
The Charity's base is at 21 Harbut Road. Battersea, London SW I12RA.
OWECTIVES OF MOZIDIA TRUST UK:
Through Mozidia Trust Bangladesh. Mozidia Trust UK shall promote any charithble purpose for
the baiefit of people in Bangladesh. in particular lo promote good health by supporting medical
care and education ihrough sponsorthip and trainin8 of medical sludents.
RISK MANAGEMENT
The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the chariiy is exposed, in particular
those related to ihe operations and finances of ihe charily, and are satisfied that systems
and procedures arc in place to mitigalc our exposure to (he major risks.

safeguarding the assets of the chariiy and hence for tsking reasonable steps for ihe prevention
and detection of fraud and oiher intgularities.
INDEPF.NDENT EXAMINER
According to the provisions of the Charities Act 2016. the trustees a￿e that an audit is not
required for ihis financial year. however due to prov15ion5 of the same aci an independent
examiner is required.

I report on the accounls of MOZIDIA TRUST UK for the year ended 31
March 2025, which are set oui on pages four & five.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The Charity's truslees are resFxinsible for the preparaiion of lh¢ accounts.
The Charity's trustees consider ihat an audit is nol required for this year
(under section 43(2) of the Charilics Act 2016) and that an independcnt
examination is nccded.
