MOZIDIA TRUST UK FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024 INDF.PENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO TRUSTEES OF MOZIDIA TRUST UK I report on the accounts of MOZIDIA TRUST UK for the year ended 31 March 2024, which are set out on pages four & five. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The Charity's trusiees are resw)nsible for the preparalion of the accounts. The Charily's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43(2) of ihe Charities Act 2016) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibil ity to". examine the accounts under section 43{3) (a) of the Charities Act 2. follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions by the Charity Commissioners under section 43(7)(b) of the Charities Act 3. to slate whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis on Independent Examiner's report My examination was carried out in accordance with the General Direction given by the Charily Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wilh those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosure in the accounts and seeking Explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedure undertaken does not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
