## Activities

**Objects:** (i) To prevent poverty and provide relief of poverty to individuals affected by hardship, disadvantage or distress by reason of social, emotional, psychological or economic circumstances and who wish to access Christian mental-health and well-being support.(ii) To advance the Christian faith by disseminating the gospel and Christian discipleship through digital and print materials, campaigns, and other means of communication to foster a deeper understanding and connection with Jesus Christ.(iii) To promote the health and well-being of individuals and the saving of lives through the prevention and relief of distress and suffering through the provision of biblical teaching, discipleship curricula, and holistic Christian-based mental health activities and programmes.(iv) Such other charitable purposes as shall further the attainment of the above objects of the company or any of them.

**Activities:** We are a Christian mental health charity providing support to individuals experiencing hardship, disadvantage, or distress by offering free access to faith-based support services, structured discipleship programmes, one-to-one support, and digital resources. We work with churches, individuals and partners across the UK and beyond, to advance the Christian faith and promote  wellbeing.
