To promote humane behaviour towards animals by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for animals that are in need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering amongst animals.

Section D Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

Throughout the year, The Animal House Rescue has achieved significant milestones in advancing animal welfare. Our advocacy efforts have resulted in increased awareness among the public about the plight of animals and the need for change. We have also made strides in rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need, providing them with care and shelter via foster homes. Furthermore, our educational initiatives have helped raise awareness about animal welfare issues and promote compassionate behaviour towards animals. Overall, our charity has made substantial progress in our mission to improve the lives of animals and to try and promote a more compassionate society. The Animal House Rescue has rehomed throughout the year. Cats -195 Dogs - 35 Reunite – 4 We also run a feral cat neutering programme, whereby feral cats are trapped, the females spayed, and males castrated helping to keep numbers down in the feral colonies. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/12/2024.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
