SERIOUS INCIDENTS AND EXCEPTIONS=
The Trustees ale pleased lo note. that there were no incidents which gave rise lo the need lor the Trustees
lo lodge a Serious Incident Report with the Charity Cotnrn155ion. Furthermore. there were no Exceptions
coided ancl which gave rise to the need for the Trustees lo record on the Charilf s Exceptions. Register.
