It is governed by a Trust Deed and is controlled by a Board ofTrustees.
Role of Board of Trustees

Plans for the Future
The main plan for Ihc ycar ahcad is Ihc continuing devclopmcnt and expansion of our ability lo
help all those who fall into our "Objectives" calegory.
Our small warehouse establishment is working as well as can be expeLted in the cirLumslan¢¢s
enabling us lo still accept donations including clotheb. books. many household item5, furniture and
a varicty of bric-a-brac.
In all our work we rely heavily on our volunteers. job %eekers and probationers. These people play
an important role in our fund-raising and researching into Ihe needs of local organisations and
individuals. In all we have far fewer than nornial.
The past few months have been very difficulT for us in fundraising. However with careful
management we are carying on and slarting to see an improveTnent.
