**Objects:** 3. THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) ARE:-(A) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF COOKING AND GROWING HEALTHY FOOD. (B) TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN DEVELOP HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES IN PARTICULAR THOSE FACING LACK OF ACHIEVEMENT AT SCHOOL, EXCLUSION, IN CARE, CARING FOR RELATIVES, EX-OFFENDERS OR THOSE AT RISK FROM ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AS WELL AS DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN GOING THROUGH TRANSITION AND THOSE INVOLVED IN TEACHING OR PROVIDING NUTRITION TO SAID PEOPLE, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. (C) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE GOOD HEALTH BY ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL TRAINING, EDUCATION, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT ON NUTRITION, HEALTH AND WELL-BEING TO ENSURE SAID PEOPLE DEVELOP MORE POSITIVE ATTITUDES TO HEALTH AND EQUIPPING THEM TO MAKE MORE INFORMED HEALTH AND DIETARY CHOICES LEADING TO AN IMPROVEMENT IN THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.

**Activities:** Support disadvantaged young people to build healthier lifestyles, focusing on those facing lack of achievement at school, exclusion, in care, caring for relatives, ex-offenders or those at risk from antisocial behaviour, those going through transition, & those involved in teaching or providing nutrition to youth in the UK. Our key message is that good food does matter!
