**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF FLACKWELL HEATH, HIGH WYCOMBE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTSTO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE CHARACTER AND AMENITIES OF THE  AREA OF BENEFIT’.

**Activities:** Raise residents' issues & liaise with councils/interested parties. Main aims: provide leisure & recreation facilities; promote preservation, development & improvement of character & amenities; advance education. Run by CTTE of volunteers. Agree priorities for next year; continued effort in 4 key areas: Planning/Environment/Decorations; Police/Traffic; Events & Youth.  Act on Survey Results.
