Objects: 3.1 The Advancement Of Education For The Benefit Of The Public By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Vocational Training, Mainly But Not Exclusively In Construction Related Trades, By All Or Any Of The Following Means:3.1.1 The Establishment Of A Vocational Centre For 14-19 Year Old Students In The South Ribble And Chorley Areas.3.1.2 The Advancement Or Provision Of Education, Training Or Re-Training Particularly Among Students And Providing Students With Work Experience.3.1.3 Such Other Means As May From Time To Time Be Determined By The Trustees.3.2 The Relief Of Unemployment For The Public Benefit In Such Ways As May Be Thought Fit, Including Assistance To Find Employment.
