**Objects:** 3.1 TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS AND SUFFERING EXPERIENCED BY FAMILIES AND CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM AND/OR ARE LIKELY TO SUFFER FROM VIOLENCE OR MALTREATMENT IN THEIR HOMES: IN PARTICULAR BY:3.1.1 RESPONDING TO THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN WHERE STRESS WITHIN THE HOME MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT THEIR WELFARE OR DEVELOPMENT;3.1.2 PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE REGARDED AS VULNERABLE AND WHO MAY BE AT RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION;3.1.3 DELIVERING COMMUNITY SERVICES DESIGNED TO FOSTER THE GENERAL WELL BEING OF FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN; AND3.1.4 PROVIDING SERVICES FOR PARENTS WHICH WILL ENABLE THEM TO BETTER RESPOND TO THE PERSONAL NEEDS AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THEIR CHILDREN.

**Activities:** HIGH QUALITY FAMILY SERVICES:SUPERVISED CONTACT FOR LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN, ENABLING THEM TO SPEND TIME WITH THEIR FAMILY IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. MENTORING SERVICE -VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE ONE TO ONE SUPPORT OUTSIDE THE FAMILY HOME, FOR VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 10-16.FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICE - TRAINED VOLUNTEERS WORK WITH LOCAL VULNERABLE FAMILIES, EMPOWERING THEM TO MOVE THEIR LIVES FORWARD.
