The change of the service provider for the Retreat Management went smoothly and we continue to receive positive comments on the facilities and services provided. We were sad to say goodbye to three of our Trustees during the year and have recruited two to replace them without detriment to the quorum. ## Financial Review This financial year saw the resumption of full activities following the restrictions due to Covid in the previous two years. Our events have been well attended and general donations from our supporters continue to provide the main source of income. The Retreat has been open and well used all year and the general running costs have not increased markedly. However, general wear and tear as the property ages has seen increased replacement and repair costs. We have been able to cover these from the operating account without having to dip into the reserves. As agreed last year, we have not made any donations towards the Beads of Courage this financial year.
