2020 Trustees Report
Progress in 2020 has been hugely limited due to the effects of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Income is being restricted by concerns of donors for an uncertain future until the Covid is cleared in some way.
Transferring money to our recipients in several countries has been equally influence by the effects of the pandemic. Banks are closed in Indonesia and Nepal for much of the week making it difficult for the recupient to draw the money transferred.
The Board has decided to concentrate upon underwriting Save the Babies/ Brighter Life and spending any surplus upon education projects with individuals.
We intend to make a concerted effort to attract funds from the Corporate Sector for the first time and to pursue Grant-making Trusts with our requests.
