**Objects:** TO RELIEVE AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 YEARS INCLUDING, IN PARTICULAR, THOSE WITH SPECIAL OR ADDITIONAL NEEDS ARISING FROM MENTAL, PHYSICAL, BEHAVIOURAL OR EDUCATION DIFFICULTIES AND RESIDING IN THE COUNTY OF NORFOLK AND WAVENEY AREA BY PROVIDING COUNSELLING, CARE, ADVOCACY, ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE FOR PARENTS AND/OR CARERS OF SUCH CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE AND FURTHER TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SUPPORT FOR THE PARENTS AND/OR CARERS OF SUCH CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH HOME VISITS, CLUB ACTIVITIES, BEFRIENDING, SUPPORT NETWORK AND LIAISING WITH CENTRAL AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER SUPPORT PROVIDERS ON BEHALF OF PARENTS AND/OR CARERS OF SUCH CHILDREN OR YOUNG PEOPLE.
