TO ESTABLISH, OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE OR MEETING SPACE (HEREIN CALLED THE "CENTRE") AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME (WHETHER ALONE OR IN CO-OPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY) IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.

**Activities:** Looking after the welfare of all the french speaking African people living in Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire in providing advice on health, educational, housing, religious and benefits services and ensuring they have all support needed for their effective integration in the community
