our core co*s. We hav¢ been supported by rnemi￿ wwth a￿1Vity fee5 8nd donations and benefaotQTS havt
also donated to th¢ projcrt . Ther¢ is a weekty ￿ntact tinK with seniors. This includes thair aerobics
followed by lunch and an advi￿ session from B¢k￿ the ¢x￿7$¢ facilitator, on how to avoid falls. keeping
fit in the home and S￿la117£d oll¢4￿ advi￿. The si08ing group goes from strength to strength with our
tutor Eileen.
Th¢ Thursday social gTOUP Contim￿S to flouri& and dw friendships are mad¢. In 2023 St Jolms hts8t￿ an
Easter paty, a Christmas and a Kings Coronation Celebr8tioiL W¢ akn took the seniors on a five day
holiday in Hayling Island.
