**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE SOUTH EAST REGION OF WALES, IN PARTICULAR FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED OR OTHERWISE DISADVANTAGED, AND FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS OF EDUCATIONAL AGE, BY PROVIDING TRAINING, ADVICE, AND SUCH OTHER ASSISTANCE AS IS NECESSARY IN THE SKILLS REQUIRED FOR RADIO BROADCASTING, MEDIA COMMUNICATION AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION WHICH WILL ASSIST SUCH PERSONS TO BECOME SELF SUPPORTING, GAIN EMPLOYMENT OR TO INCREASE THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THOSE SKILLS.

**Activities:** GTFM is a community radio station licenced by Ofcom. It covers Pontypridd, Aberdare and other parts of RCT County Borough, encouraging community re-generation and volunteering as well as broadcasting information about hundreds of local charitable/public service initiatives annually. It supports itself principally through local fund raising initiatives and by selling advertising and sponsorship.
