## Summary : - e No issues to report — controls remain in place with regular meetings to review the accounts and clear any questions / issues. We also regularly have updates by phone / email as required with Pat / the team and myself. - e The drop in income for room hire clearly shows one effect of the pandemic e Admin income includes the Government's support under the Job Retention Scheme for furloughed employees. - e The General Fund remains healthy moving into the new financial year, and allows the centre to be supported moving forward. - ¢ Main challenges for 2021/22 will be controlling the ESF costs to within the very strict budget that we have (as this is such a large project), and also ensuring that we have enough ring fenced repairs income to support the centre should any capital works be required.
