**Objects:** A)  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PEOPLE OF CHELTENHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE 'AREA OF BENEFIT') IN THE STUDY OF BIRDS AND THE SCIENCE OF ORNITHOLOGYB)  TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY OF CHELTENHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE CONSERVATION OF BIRDS THROUGH RESEARCH AND THE PUBLICATION OF RESULTS, BY PRACTICAL PROJECTS AND BY ENCOURAGING AND WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHERS WITH SIMILAR INTERESTS.

**Activities:** To advance the education of the people of Cheltenham and the surrounding area in the study of birds and the science of ornithology and to benefit the wider community by contributing to the conservation of birds.
