THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PTA (A REGISTERED CHARITY) ARE TO ADVANCE THE CHILDREN'S EDUCATION JOINTLY WITH THE HEADMISTRESS AND SCHOOL COUNCIL; TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE NEWTON PREP SCHOLARSHIP FUND; TO DEVELOP EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL; AND TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDE FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL.

Objects: To Advance The Education Of Pupils In The School In Conjunction With The Headteacher And The School Council In Particular By:2.1 Developing Effective Relationships Between The Staff, Parents And Others Associated With The School; And2.2 Engaging In Activities Or Providing Facilities Or Equipment Which Support The School And Advance The Education Of The Pupils.
