**Objects:** 3.1  THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS FORMED ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF ENGLISH AS AN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC PARTICULARLY BY:3.1.1  RAISING THE ACHIEVEMENT OF PUPILS FROM ETHNIC MINORITIES;3.1.2  SUPPORTING BILINGUALISM INCLUDING HOME AND COMMUNITY LANGUAGES; AND 3.1.3  PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SKILLS RELEVANT TO THE IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE TEACHING OF ENGLISH AS AN ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE.

**Activities:** NALDIC provides a professional forum for teaching and learning of English as an additional language, supporting bilingualism, raising the achievement of ethnic minority learners, and promoting the development of research, policy and practiceNALDIC publishes the influential NALDIC Quarterly, organises conferences and events, and publishes Occasional, Working and Practice Papers.
