**Objects:** 1. THE PROVISION OF CARE AND SHELTER FOR STRAY,  NEGLECTED AND UNWANTED ANIMALS OF ALL KINDS AND THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS FROM ILL-USAGE, CRUELTY AND SUFFERING.2. TO PROVIDE MEDICAL TREATMENT AND ENDEAVOUR TO FIND SUITABLE NEW HOMES FOR SUCH ANIMALS.3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL.4. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS IN PARTICULAR STUDENTS WHO ARE WORKING OR HOPE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT IN THE FIELDS OF HORTICULTURE AND ANIMAL CARE, RECREATION AND RELATED LEISURE INDUSTRIES BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING.

**Activities:** The principal aim of the charity is the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homingh (except for our equines and farm animals) of stray and unwanted animals. The Charity provides care and shelter for stray, neglected and unwanted animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, cows and pigs.
