**Objects:** (I)  THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS FOR THE PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE;(II)  THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE COMMUNITY BY MEANS OF ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING THE PRACTICE OF 'FAIR SHARES' WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, PARTICULARLY FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED AND VULNERABLE, SUCH AS YOUNG PERSONS, THE AGED AND THE UNEMPLOYED, AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH COMMUNITY INITIATIVES AND SUPPORT..

**Activities:** We run two community based time banks which meet everyday needs through sharing time, skills and opportunities. Participants help out in their local community, using their skills to provide services for others. Every hour participating earns one credit that can be used to access support from other participants.We also run timebanking and Peer maths mentoring in prisons.
