**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO:(I)   ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE ARTS; AND(II)   PREVENTION AND THE ALLEVIATION OF SICKNESS, POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS; AND(III)   FURTHER ANY OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FROM TIME TO TIME AS THE CHARITY THINKS FIT.

**Activities:** Main area of interest lies with the arts, in general and in education.  Students are the Trust's priority area, and performing arts (dance, drama, music) are favoured, although other arts areas will be considered.  Applications with a Yorkshire or regional focus are welcomed.
