The Charity operates as independent neighbourhood Development Trust, providing a wide range of projects to meet the needs of the people living in Friar Park Ward.Projects delivered in the last 12 months have focused on overcoming economic and social inequalities and disadvantaged.Major focus of our work is aimed at providing services for the elderly, young people and children.
Objects: For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Friar Park Including Sandwell And Its Wider Areas And The Neighbourhood Thereof (hereinafter Called The "area Of Benefit")are To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.to Establish, Maintain And Manage A Community Centre (hereinafter Called "the Centre") And To Maintain And Manage The Same (whether Alone Or In Cooperation With The Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of These Objects.the Association Shall Be Non-Party In Politics And Non-Active In Religion.
