Para 1.20 | As usual we have been welcomed back in to all our existing school plus we have been approached by new schools for assistance The work force has changed we have gone from employing two members of staff one full time and one part time to in September this year employing a new part time member of staff both employees have moved on within the ministry locally which is a blessing for Graceworks to see them develop within their own rights Our new part time member of staff is doing a fantastic job and we hope this will give the trust a chance to recoup some money and maybe this year either recruit another part time member of staff or increase our part time worker to full time |

Responsibilities and basis of report
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 December 2023.
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
