TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC:2.1  AS TO THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF CYCLING2.2  ABOUT THE HERITAGE SITES ON THE CYCLES ROUTES REFERRED TO IN NUMBER 3.13.3 TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF LOW-ENERGY MEANS OF TRANSPORT AND IN PARTICULAR CYCLING.
