At FACET, we advance education by reaching out to the general public through flexible programmes centred around African and Caribbean food themes and talent development. We support research and complementary technologies to provide training and skills in the new green economy, enhancing the quality of life for everyone.

Objects: 2.1.1 to advance education in African and Caribbean foods and cookery anywhere in the world by:(a) the promotion of education and training in effective curricula, teaching styles and strategies; and (b) research into best and effective practice thereof, on subjects including (without limitation):(c) the culinary arts, culture and history; (d) food design, anthropology and technology;(e) catering and hospitality; and (f) nutrition
