**Objects:** TO PROVIDE A CITY CENTRE YOUTH FACILITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN SOUTH GLAMORGAN WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED OR BY VIRTUE OF THEIR ECONOMIC, SOCIAL CULTURAL OR EMOTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES REQUIRE ASSISTANCE, SO AS TO HELP AND EDUCATE THEM THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.

**Activities:** The provision of a city centre facility for young people who are suffering socio economic deprivation who require assistance to help and educate them through leisure-time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and their conditions of life may be improved.
