reserves of £25￿36. The reserves carrled fon¥ard show £20,336 of unreslrlcted fund5 and a carrfed fonvard surplu5
balance of £4,7(X) of restrlcted funds.

It Is the pollcy of the charlty that unrestrfcted funds whlch have not been de51snated for a speclfk use Should be
maintsined at 8 level equlvalent to between three and slx months of nomil expendfture. The trustees estlrn•ts normal
onJoin8 innual costs to be be￿een £90ocAI and £IOO,CLXI per￿ar.
The chirtty had closln8 re￿Ne$ of £25,036 a5 at the 31 March 2025 down from £29,887. Therefare, the trustees belleve
the charlty Is Just above a posftlon of comfort to deal y￿th any flnanclnl problern. Of these dosln8 reserves there ts
E4.700 surplus balance of restrkted funds.
The trustees estlmate that reserves at a level of approxlrnately £30,(XIO would ensure th¥( In the ewnt of a slgnfflcant drop
In fundln& they woukl be able to contlnue the charitits current actlvltles while ccnsld•ratlon 15 8lven to ways In whlch
addItI4￿al funds may be ralsed. It Is desirable for the tharlty to maintsin this lev•1 of r•serves howe¥*r due to the nature of

erdll the trust￿ are ￿ntent with the leval of reser￿ at the yaarwend and wlshed they had greater assets at Its
dlsposal. However, because of the natrjre of fundlng It has m•d• It Imposslble to bulld up the I￿1 of reserves that the
charlty would conslderto be sufficient.
The present I￿1 of fundirq 15 adequate to support the contlnuatlon of the Play Projert for the short term. Hwmr. the
trustees would like to ￿lId up re5eM5 as a protectlon Jylnst any potentlal future reductlon$ In fundln8.

The charlty recefved Income of £90,185 from our rfirnipal fvnder5 Lelcester aty Coundl to run plawound actmtles
throu8hout the ￿ar and Sumrner Hayscheme. Thls be•n cl•ssffled as a restrltted fund. Expendlture of £90.185 was
made In the year. £19.550 was recefved as Household Support but only £15.250 of c03ts were Incurred. therefore we have
reported a surplus of £4,7C() whlth Is carrled forward.

Durln8 the year the charlty reported a deftclt ¢Jn Its genernl unrestrlcted funds of £9,151 deducted from the brought
