attract new writers for our articles. We also celebrated the 50th edition ofour
magazine.
Activities in the field ofVolunteerin:
All the activities in our School of Philosophy (teaching, cleaning and
maintenance ofthe school, advertising, design of leaflets and course notes,
etc.)are done on a voluntary and honorary basis and there are no paid
positions in our charity. Every task is used as a practical exercise and
application of philosophy in action.
This year, we decided not only to support UNESCO's World Philosophy		Day
but also its EARTH DAY in April. To celebrate Earth Day, we organised	a
talk on "Viktor Schauberger and the Living Energies ofWater", a traditional
dance around a tree to provide a symbolic and sacred element in honour		of
Mother Earth and a litter pick with 17people where we collected around		1
ton of rubbish (which was then removed by Hackney Council).

						Another achievement this year is that we
						were able to build up our funds for bigger
						premises. It became very obvious this year
						that we don't have enough space for our
						activities and we are actively looking for new
						premises.
