**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF INHABITANTS OF THE L6 AREA OF LIVERPOOL, I.E. THE AREA BOUNDED BY BRECK ROAD, EVERTON ROAD, WEST DERBY ROAD AND BELMONT ROAD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF AGE, SEX, RACE, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We run a community centre for local people, offering meeting facilities for local residents free of charge, adult learning and training classes/sessions, fitness classes, social club/bingo and in school holidays play schemes for children and young people.  We have many contacts with local organisations and provide sign posting information on a wide variety of social issues from health to job ops
