Objects: 3. The Objects For Which The Company Is Established Are As Follows:3.1 To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The County Of Carmarthenshire With Special Reference To The Inhabitants Of The Town Of Llandeilo And Its Immediate Environs (hereinafter Called 'the Area') The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life;3.2 To Advance Their Education In Particularly But Not Exclusively In The Arts (in All Their Forms Or In Such Forms As The Directors See Fit From Time To Time); And3.3 To Establish And Maintain A Civic Hall And To Maintain And Manage The Same Or Co-Operate With Any Local Statutory Authority Or Others In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Hall As A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Company In Furtherance Of The Abov E Objects.
