An independent examination do85 not involve gathering all the evidence that would be required In an audll

accounts. The planning and conduct of an audit goes beyond the limited assurance Ihal an independent
examination can provide. Consequently, l express no opinion as to whether the accounts present a 'true
and fair. view and rny report is limited lo those speclfic matters set out In the independent examiner's
Statement.
Independent exarnlner's staternent
l am qualified to undertake the examlnalion by being a qualified member of the Inslilule of Charter8d
Accountants in England and Wales.
I have completed my examination. I confl￿￿ that no material matters hav8 come to my attention In
connection wllh the examination gfvlng Me cause to believe that In any m8terial respect.
accounting records were not kept In raspect of the Trust 8$ required by soctlon 130 of the Acl; or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or
3. the accounts do not comply wlth the applicable requirements concernlng the form and content of
accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any
requirement that the accounts give a 'lrue and falr vlew, which is not a matter ¢onsid8r8d as part
of an Independent examination.. or
4. the accounts have not been prepared in a¢cordance wSth the methods and prlnclples of the
Statement of Recommended Practice lor accounting and reportiro by charities applicable to
charities preparing their accounts in accordance wlth the Financial Reporting Standard applicable
in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102).
I have no concems and have come across no matters in connecllon with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts lo be
