The charity undertakes a range of activities to further its objectives for the public benefit:

Holding weekly meetings and courses to advance the Christian faith.

Providing financial support to vulnerable individuals.

Conducting missionary and outreach work.
When planning our activities for the year, the trustees have regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit, and in particular the specific guidance on charities for the advancement of religion. Our aim is to enable ordinary people to live out their faith as part of our community through worship and prayer, learning about the Gospel, and developing their knowledge of and trust in Jesus.

Section D — Achievements and Performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year:

Advancement of the Christian Faith - We saw growth in individuals through Sunday services, meaningful relationships that were fostered and Biblical studies which encouraged a personal relationship with Jesus. A monthly leadership course launched mid ‑ year to equip individuals for influence guided by Biblical principles.

Relief and Support: The charity provided financial aid and practical support to vulnerable individuals, including those in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the homeless in the UK, AIDS orphans, and others in need of food, clothing, and essential assistance.

Reserves
Policy:
The charity aims to hold sufficient reserves to ensure continuity of its activities in the event of unforeseen shortfalls in income or unexpected expenditure. Reserves are held in a readily accessible deposit accounts. The trustees will review the reserves policy annually and may use reserves to support planned projects, meet emergency needs, or manage temporary fluctuations in income. Expenditure exceeding £1,000.00 requires the prior approval of at least one trustee.

Principal Sources of Funds: The charity’s principal sources of income are donations and offerings from members of the congregation, occasional appeals for specific needs and gift aid recoveries. These funds provide the financial basis for the charity to carry out its objectives.

Expenditure and Support of Objectives: Expenditure is directed towards supporting the key objectives of the charity, including the advancement of the Christian faith, community support for those in need, and the provision of Christian-based educational activities. This includes hiring out a venue for weekly services and evangelism events, funding specific ministry activities and supporting charitable initiatives for the wider community.

Report to the trustees/ His Church London members of Charity no On accounts for the year 30 April 2025 (if any) 1109725 ended Set out on pages 7 and 8 I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30 / 04 / 2025 . Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of basis of report the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
