TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF DISABLED STUDENTS BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES, CHARITIES AND RESEARCH INSTITUTES PARTICULARLY IN INDIA, ENGLAND AND WALES.
