**Activities:** Home-Start Newark offers a simple preventative service to families under pressure who have at least one child under 5 years old.  We offer support in the home by volunteers who are all parents themselves, offering  friendship,practical help and a much needed listening ear.  Helping parents by reducing isolation,  building confidence and theirfore increasing the well-being of children
