**Objects:** The Charity's objects are to preserve and protect the health of patients whilst in or discharged from hospitals after undergoing oral and/or facial surgery, and to provide for their aftercare, continuing treatment and counselling by the provision of premises, facilities, equipment, services or any other charitable activities.

**Activities:** The main aim is to provide support for patients who have been treated for head, neck or oral cancer at the University Hospital, Cardiff.   We are fund-raising to provide a Faceupcymru Specialist Nurse at the University hospital.
